Privacy and your work.
Saving and Coded review
When you acknowledge the start notice, Coded stores your answers on its backend. Authorized Coded staff may review unfinished drafts, including drafts left without email. Other visitors and brands cannot browse them. Do not enter attendee lists, sensitive personal records or material you are not authorized to use.
Identity and contact
Drafts can start without email. To unlock the full brief, enter your name, creator or organization and contact email, then use Sites’ ChatGPT sign-in to verify access. Verified contact details are queued for Coded’s HubSpot CRM as potential builder leads, separate from newsletter consent. Email must match your signed-in identity. Contact details entered at the unlock step are saved as unverified until you finish verification.
Retention and deletion
Unclaimed guest drafts expire 30 days after the last saved activity and are deleted during the next service request. Until linked to a verified account, guest access relies on this browser’s cookie. Clearing it can prevent recovery. Claimed drafts remain until you delete them. Delete removes the draft, snapshots, sharing requests and application audit history from active storage. Infrastructure backups may retain prior copies according to the hosting provider’s backup lifecycle; deletion cannot recall files already received by others.
Sharing and preferences
Formal submission, optional aggregate insights, optional newsletter preferences and recipient-specific sharing approval are separate. Unclaimed drafts are excluded from brand counts and proposals. No newsletter is automatically sent or connected by signing up. You may revoke preferences, decline a package, or withdraw an opportunity. Already-sent copies cannot be recalled.
Analytics
Marketing pages retain Coded’s existing Meta and HubSpot analytics. These scripts are excluded from the Desk and admin workspace. We do not place draft answers or private contact details in analytics events.
Questions or access issues
Contact Coded through the existing inquiry form. Include the draft title if you know it; never send passwords or authentication codes.
