Ownership and permitted use

You retain ownership of your submitted ideas and content. You authorize Coded to store and process your content to provide drafting, brief export, internal review and the specific uses you approve. Submit only work and evidence you have authority to use. A draft does not give Coded exclusivity or ownership.

No sponsorship promise

Access is free. A completed brief or a ready-for-consideration review is not a guarantee of funding, representation, brand access or a contract. Preferred brands represent your interest, not a relationship with that brand. Paid strategy, partnership management or production requires a separate agreement.

Review and disclosure

Coded may request revisions or choose not to proceed. You approve the exact recipient, purpose, content and validity period before identifiable brand sharing. Material edits, withdrawal and expiry invalidate future sharing eligibility. You remain responsible for the accuracy of your statements.

Availability

Review is manual and subject to capacity. No fixed turnaround is promised. Keep opportunity dates and availability current. Maintain your own downloaded copy; network or service failures can prevent an unsaved edit from being stored.
